Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the IPTV Player Chrome extension (the "Service") operated by IPTV Player ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the IPTV Player Chrome extension and associated services.

"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.

"Content" refers to playlists, channels, and any other material that Users import or access through the Service.

"License" refers to the permission granted to Users to use the Service under these Terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Install and use the Service on devices that you own or control
  • Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Access features available under your selected plan (Free, Pro, or Lifetime)

This license does not include:

  • Modifying or copying the Service
  • Using the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer the Service
  • Removing any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Transferring the Service to another person or mirroring it on any other server

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when required
  • Maintain the security of your devices and accounts
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you access through the Service
  • Ensuring you have the right to access any content you import
  • Your internet connection and associated costs
  • Maintaining backups of your playlists and favorites

4. Content

IPTV Player is a tool that allows users to access content through M3U/M3U8 playlists. We do not:

  • Host, provide, or distribute any television channels or content
  • Control or monitor the content accessible through user-imported playlists
  • Guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of any content

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access any content you import
  • Content availability depends on third-party sources
  • Stream quality and reliability are outside our control

5. Purchases and Payments

If you purchase a license to the Service:

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Paddle
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information
  • All sales are final except as provided in our Refund Policy

License types:

  • Free: Basic features with limitations as described on the Pricing page
  • Pro: Full features for personal use on your devices
  • Lifetime: Perpetual license for up to 3 devices with all future updates

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IPTV Player and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of IPTV Player.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your license, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

IPTV Player does not warrant that:

  • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IPTV Player, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service, if any, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IPTV Player and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

  • Your use and access of the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
