1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid licenses (Pro and Lifetime). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The request must come from the email address used for the original purchase
2. How to Request a Refund

- Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)
Alternatively, if you purchased through Paddle, you can request a refund directly through your Paddle receipt email by clicking the refund link provided.
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and approved:
- We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made after the 30-day period has expired
- There is evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy
- The license has been resold or transferred to another party
- There is evidence of chargeback abuse
However, we handle each request on a case-by-case basis and may grant exceptions at our discretion.
5. Partial Refunds
In general, we do not offer partial refunds. However, we may consider partial refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Upgrades from Pro to Lifetime within the refund window

6. Subscription and Recurring Payments
IPTV Player does not operate on a subscription model. All our paid licenses (Pro and Lifetime) are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Therefore, there are no automatic renewals to cancel.
If you have concerns about future charges, rest assured that you will never be automatically charged again for the same license.

If you are experiencing technical issues with the Service, we encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved through:

8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us for a refund:

- You may be banned from future purchases
